Welcome to Ashes to Ascension Hypnotherapy. By booking a session or using this site, you agree to our Terms & Conditions regarding confidentiality, session policies, payment, and responsible use of hypnotherapy services. Please review these terms to understand your rights and responsibilities as a client.

Terms & Conditions / Booking Policy

Effective Date: 3-14-2026

Welcome to Ashes to Ascension Hypnotherapy (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking, purchasing, or participating in any service, event, package, or experience offered through this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

We provide wellness and event-based services, including but not limited to massage and other modalities, as described on our website and booking pages. Service descriptions, package inclusions, pricing, availability, and duration are subject to change at any time before booking confirmation.

2. Booking and Payment

A booking is not confirmed until payment is received and you receive a confirmation from us.

All bookings are subject to the following payment terms:

The deposit is fully non-refundable.

The remaining balance is refundable only if the booking is canceled more than 30 days before the event.

If a booking is canceled within 30 days of the event, no refund of any kind will be issued, and no credits or transfers will be provided.

3. Package Pricing and Participation

Packages and event pricing are based on the services, modalities, staffing, timing, and structure selected at the time of booking.

If a client or participant chooses not to receive one or more included services or modalities for any reason, including personal preference, discomfort, scheduling, or change of mind, no refund, credit, discount, or price reduction will be issued for the unused portion.

Booked services may not be split apart, reduced, or partially declined in order to lower the package price. Package pricing remains the same whether or not all included services are used.

4. Add-Ons and Changes

Clients may request additional services, upgrades, or add-ons after booking, subject to availability and additional charges.

Clients may add services after booking, but may not remove, substitute, downgrade, or reduce services in a way that lowers the original agreed package price. Any approved additions must be paid for in full before the added services are provided.

5. No Refunds for Voluntary Non-Participation

If a client or participant declines any included service or modality, arrives late, leaves early, is unavailable at the scheduled time, or otherwise chooses not to participate in any portion of the booked services, the booking remains non-refundable and the full agreed price remains due.

6. Minimum Booking Requirement

Certain offerings require a minimum of four (4) reserved spots/participants.

If the minimum number of four reserved spots is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the event within one week of the scheduled event date. In that case, the client will receive a full refund of monies actually paid to us for that canceled booking.

We are not responsible for any third-party expenses or consequential costs arising from such cancellation, including travel, lodging, venue fees, or other related costs.

7. Client Cancellations and Rescheduling

Except where we cancel under Section 6, all bookings are subject to the cancellation terms stated in Section 2.

Rescheduling requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. If a cancellation occurs within 30 days of the event, there are no refunds, no transfers, and no credits.

8. Late Arrivals

Late arrival may shorten the time available for services without changing the price. We are not required to extend the end time of a scheduled service due to a client’s or participant’s late arrival.

9. Health, Safety, and Suitability

Clients and participants are responsible for disclosing any health conditions, injuries, sensitivities, contraindications, allergies, or other relevant concerns before services begin.

We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or discontinue any service if we determine, in our sole professional judgment, that the service may be unsafe, inappropriate, or not in the participant’s best interest. If a service is refused or modified for health, safety, boundary, conduct, or suitability reasons, we may, at our discretion, offer an alternative service of equal or lesser value, but we are not required to provide any refund.

10. Professional Boundaries and Conduct

Clients and participants must behave respectfully toward our staff and contractors at all times. We reserve the right to end or refuse services immediately in cases of inappropriate, unsafe, abusive, harassing, sexual, intoxicated, or disruptive behavior. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

11. Service Results Disclaimer

Individual experiences and results vary. We do not guarantee any particular physical, emotional, therapeutic, cosmetic, or wellness outcome from any service.

Our services are intended for general wellness and relaxation purposes unless expressly stated otherwise and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice.

12. Pricing Errors and Website Accuracy

We strive for accuracy, but we reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, pricing mistakes, service description errors, or booking inaccuracies at any time, including after a booking request is submitted. If a material error affects your booking, we will notify you and provide the option to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund of amounts paid for that affected booking.

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By booking, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for reasons addressed by these Terms, including voluntary non-participation, declining included services, or attempts to reduce package pricing after booking. You agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve any concern.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ashes to Ascension Hypnotherapy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website, services, bookings, or events.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking or service shall not exceed the amount actually paid to us for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ashes to Ascension Hypnotherapy, its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, your breach of these Terms, or your negligent, unlawful, or harmful conduct.

16. Privacy

Any personal information submitted through this website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website or booking services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

18. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this website as of the booking date will apply.
