Refund Policy
1. No Refund Policy
All hypnotherapy sessions, programs, and packages offered by Ashes to Ascension Hypnotherapy are non-refundable.
Once a purchase has been made, payment is considered final and binding. This policy applies to individual sessions, bundled packages, digital recordings, and custom hypnosis tracks.
Because hypnotherapy is a time-based, results-oriented service that begins energetic and preparatory work immediately upon booking, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for unused sessions, cancellations, or partial participation.
2. Session Package Terms
All multi-session packages must be used within a specific timeframe from the date of purchase:
6-Session Package: Must be scheduled and completed within 3 months (90 days) of purchase.
12-Session Package: Must be scheduled and completed within 6 months (180 days) of purchase.
It is the client’s responsibility to schedule sessions within the stated period. Any unused sessions after the expiration date will be forfeited without refund or credit.
3. Scheduling & Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be counted as completed at the practitioner’s discretion.
Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in termination of service without refund.
4. Binding Agreement
By purchasing any session, package, or service through Ashes to Ascension Hypnotherapy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
All purchases constitute a binding commitment between the client and Ashes to Ascension Hypnotherapy for the full duration of the chosen package.
5. Legal Disclaimer
Hypnotherapy services are intended for personal growth, relaxation, and subconscious transformation. These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. No guarantees of specific results are made, as each client’s experience is unique.
