Yes, we do deep, heavy work here: inner child healing, subconscious reprogramming, nervous system regulation, and emotional release. And it’s intentionally balanced with beauty, ceremony, and curated Bali experiences that feed the soul, soften the edges, and help the healing actually integrate.

The Healing Core (deep work, held safely)

Participants receive your signature trauma-informed healing work, with enough breathing room to process:

• 2 private hypnotherapy sessions (inner child work, limiting beliefs, emotional pattern healing, nervous system repair)

• 1 ThetaHealing session (subconscious/energetic clearing + belief installation profound, fast-moving work)

• 2 Reiki sessions (deep restoration, emotional balancing, energetic clearing)

• Sound baths for integration and nervous system soothing

• Morning yoga to support the body through emotional processing

• Daily massage available (optional) for somatic release and luxury-level nervous system support

Unlike shorter retreats that can feel more intensive, this 13-day format gives us room to include sightseeing and cultural magic without diluting the healing:

• Temple exploration + cultural immersion (selected experiences, not a packed tour)

• Dress swing over the rice fields (joy, confidence, beauty, “I’m alive” energy)
